INFORMATION passports
Passport required.
- Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid for at least 6 months on arrival.
Admission and Transit Restrictions:

- Admission refused to holders of non-biometric passports issued to nationals of Albania.


Visa Issuance:
Visa required, except for Nationals of Albania can obtain a visa on arrival for a max. stay of 3 months, provided passport contains at least one blank page for visa endorsement.
Fee:USD 50.- (also payable in EUR or GBP). Extension of stay possible for additional 3 months.

Minors:
- Minors (passengers up to the age of 16 years) travelling alone require:
- their own passports, if being nationals of Kenya;

- their own passport or passport replacing document issued by their Government, if being a national of any other country

- If minor is travelling on a passport of a parent who need a visa, it should be indicated that the visa is also applicable to the minor.

Additional Information:
- Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay (at least USD 500.-.) and documents required for their next destination.

Warning:
- Visitors holding damaged passports and/or passport replacing documents will be refused entry.
- Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.

Vaccination against Yellow Fever, if arriving in Kenya within 6 days after leaving or transiting countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Exempt from Yellow Fever vaccination:

- Children under 1 year.
- Those not leaving the airport in the countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.
Warning:
- Passengers not holding a yellow fever certificate, if required, are subject to quarantine.

Recommended:
- Vaccination against Yellow Fever for all passengers over 9 months of age visiting any area outside the main cities in Kenya.
- Malaria prophylaxis. Malaria risk - mainly in the malignant (P. falciparum) form - exists throughout the year in the whole country. There is normally little risk in the city of Nairobi and in the highlands (above 2500 m.) of Central, Rift Valley, Eastern, Nyanza and Western Provinces. P. falciparum highly resistant to chloroquine and resistant tosulfadoxine/pyrimethamine reported. Recommended prevention:
